We make our sales expertise available to South African producers in the German and European markets to make their products more widely accessible to a larger audience. We view each product as the flower of a protea, whose numerous partial flowers symbolically represent the many sales channels that an importer unfamiliar with the market could not generate alone. We coordinate and, upon request, consolidate the ordering and logistics processes between the supplier and the various nationwide customers under one roof. Likewise, in the interest of long-term and successful business relationships, we act as a permanent local point of contact for image monitoring, customer support, and service provider in complaint management. Our focus is specifically aimed at purely South African producers and designers, their passion for their work and their awareness of their responsibility towards the country and its history.
